Who I am:

I am a Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years commercial property experience - the last 18 years of which have been spent in the niche Primary Care Healthcare property sector and I am Managing Director of the business.

I set up the company in 2009 to provide property support services to NHS organisations and following a spell of 6 years working at NHS Property Services I am now able to provide direct expert and specialist property consultancy services to both public and private sector clients predominantly across the London and the South East area.

Services provided include:

• Negotiations around lease and CMR rent reviews and new lease situations

• Landlord and Tenant discussions

• Property management matters

• Strategic Property Estate Consultancy advice to NHS organisations
